At Allure, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
