Refund Policy

At Allure, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
