Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

• For damaged or incorrect items, Allure will cover the return cost.

• For size or preference changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
